REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

NO CANCELLATIONS • NO RETURNS • NO REFUNDS

At THE AARAM, all orders are carefully inspected before dispatch. As our products are curated and packed with care, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been placed.

All purchases are considered final.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

We only provide replacements under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged or defective item.

2. Incorrect Product

If you receive a product different from what was ordered.

Requirements for Replacement Eligibility

To process a replacement request, the following are mandatory:

✓ Unboxing Video Evidence

  • The video must clearly show the parcel opening process from start to finish
  • The package should be sealed and unopened at the beginning of the video
  • The issue or incorrect product should be clearly visible
  • The video must be continuous without edits or cuts

✓ Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

✓ Order number and invoice details

Replacement requests without an unboxing video will not be considered.

How to Request a Replacement

Step 1: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Step 2: Share the following:

  • Order number
  • Unboxing video
  • Photos of the issue
  • Brief description of the problem

Step 3: Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days

Step 4: If approved, the replacement order will be dispatched within 5–7 business days, subject to product availability.

Important Notes

  • Size, color, or style changes are not eligible for replacement
  • Change of mind is not considered a valid replacement reason
  • Damage caused after use or washing is not covered
  • Requests submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted
  • Replacements are subject to stock availability
  • THE AARAM reserves the right to reject requests if the provided evidence is incomplete or unclear
